Music is a powerful tool to connect to yourself, people, and the world around you. In this session, we sit together to chant songs rooted in different cultures but with a common purpose to elevate our frequency for the benefit of all beings.

Come for a rock climbing session with the experts from Rock Iguana Ltd. and the Cayman Climbing Gym. Equipment is provided and no previous experience is required!

Vinyasa with Live Drumming - 8:00am

21 sun salutations for our mothers and Mother Earth to the rhythm of live drums.

Acroyoga Jam - 9:15am to 10:30am

A playful practice exploring the acrobatic postures of yoga with others. Everyone is welcome to participate. Come with a partner or by yourself.
